BYO laptop, loaded with MS Excel. Access also to Wifi required (please pre-install EDURoam)

Cost: Fully subsidised (free) to Researchers and PhD students at Intersect's member Universities

Please note the exact room is still being organised, but it will be at Westmead Hospital or an attached Medical Research Institute.

This workshop runs over one day and comprises of a series of hands-on exercises and slide-based background material.

Attendees will leave with two key skills – how to handle their research data within Excel, and how to use advanced features of Excel to answer research questions pertaining to their data.

Note: 'Excel for Researchers' is a hands-on course - you will get to put the tools into practice on the day. We request that you bring a laptop with you, one which you are familiar with and can do “admin” tasks such as connect to wifi. Often using your personal laptop is useful, so long as it has Microsoft Excel already installed.
